Want to turn into a vermin or an insect?

Any one want to get the blog going again, now that we are all reading the same text again.
Might help with ideas and thoughts.
Personally, I still try to figure out,when I read this story, how the heck Kafka got license to turn his protagonist into a bug? I don't think this has been done in literature before this.
